1. Introduction

LeaderMindset specializes in Leadership mindset and executive development training. By accessing services or products, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Terms

Live workshops and coaching sessions are offered as per schedule. To request a scheduling change, contact us at least 7 days before the session date. Certain offerings, such as personalized executive coaching, are non-refundable due to dedicated preparation. Other sessions may qualify for partial reimbursement if cancellation is requested at least 14 days before the event. Requests must be submitted via contact.php.

3. Information Product Terms

Digital courses and materials are delivered electronically. You may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided no files have been accessed or downloaded. Once access is granted, no reimbursement is possible.

4. Goods Terms

Physical materials ordered from our site may be shipped worldwide. If a product is damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. You may send back the item at your cost. Upon confirmation of damage, LeaderMindset will process a reimbursement for the product price within 10 business days of receipt.

5. Refund Policy

All approved reimbursements are processed via the original method of payment within 10 business days. To initiate a request, submit your details and proof of purchase via contact.php. LeaderMindset reserves the right to verify eligibility before issuing any reimbursement.

6. Modification and Transfer

Enrollment in services may be transferred to another person upon request at least 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability and LeaderMindset approval.
